All our foam are manufactured with open cell structure and are in their purest form, hence they are compressed under high pressure and then delivered to you.

For the best experience, though, we recommend waiting an additional 24-48 hours for the mattress to fully expand.

All our mattresses (excluding Cotton) come with a 10 year warranty. However, the duration or life of the mattress depends on the way it is being used. We suggest cleaning the mattress once every 3 months by vacuuming the top layer and gentle wipe through its borders. It is also advised to flip or rotate the mattress once every 6 months for better longevity.

All our mattresses are designed sturdy and can handle a weight of Max 250 kgs when placed on a bed. All our foam mattresses except rebonded weigh approx 25-28 kgs whereas the rebonded mattress weighs approx 45-55 kgs.
Accessories Queries
No, accessories are not eligible for Trial policies. Trial policy was introduced for mattresses which take longer time to adapt to your body hence pillows and other accessories are not a part of Trial period.
A replacement will be accepted only if there is damage or defect to the product during delivery. If you found any manufacturing defect on the product we request you to connect with our support team at 9557359696 and we shall assist you with the next steps of replacement.
All Rhythm accessories come with a limited 6 months warranty which begins at the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects only, resulting from defective material or workmanship in the product you have purchased.
Pillows which come with a zipper cover can be machine washed on a warm cycle. Do not wash the foam or fiber. Protectors can also be hand or machine washed in warm or cold water in a gentle cycle. Do not iron the protectors or pillow covers.

Yes! All our prices are inclusive of GST and all other applicable taxes. If you are a B2B customer or wish to take input please let our sleep experts know and we shall provide you with a B2B tax invoice for your purchase.
Unfortunately, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Mattress comes under the bulky shipment category hence we only offer online payment as the most convenient option for purchases. However, you can rest assured that all our online payment options are fast, simple, and hassle-free!
To request a cancellation, please email us at care@rhythmmattress.com and include the reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request promptly. Please note that once your order has shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. If you wish to make changes to the order, such as a size adjustment, after it has been dispatched, a logistics fee will apply based on the product, location, and specific circumstances.
Shipping is completely free! Additional charges only apply for special requests like delivery to ODA locations or express.

Our delivery timelines are entirely dependent on the products and the shipping pincodes. For most pin codes, delivery can take up to 7-10 days. For customised mattresses, deliveries can take longer (we will notify you of the timeline). However, deliveries to Metro cities happen in 5-7 days of order.
You’ll get an order confirmation mail as soon as you have completed your purchase. You will be receiving a dispatch confirmation with tracking code once the courier has picked the product. You can track the movement from the courier’s website. Post-delivery confirmation will be send once the product reaches your doorstep.

Trial & Warranty Queries
Research indicates that it can take a few weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress. Just 10-20 days are not enough to make your mind up about the mattress.That’s why we offer a 100-night trial to let you experience the complete Rhythm Sleep Comfort.
If, for any reason, the Rhythm mattress isn’t the right fit for you,We’ll arrange a free pickup and provide a full refund once approved by our quality assurance team.
P.S :- This policy is not applicable on Cotton mattress, customised mattress, pillows and other accessories.
When you wish to raise a return you simply have to email our customer service team at care@rhythmmattress.com & we will arrange a free Pick-up through our vendor which will take approx 5-7 days to pick the mattress. Once mattress is received at our unit after inspection the amount will be refunded and shall reflect within 10-12 business days in your account.
The products should be in good condition, which means there should be no stains or damages to the mattress that are caused by the customer post delivery. Once a return request is raised our customer service team shall ask you for photographs or may inspect the same on a video call. Once the review is satisfactory by our team we shall pickup the mattress and refund the amount.
No! There is no need to return in the same box, however the mattress has to be packed in a polythene cover for the logistic partner to accept the returns. We shall send you the cover once the return request is accepted.
Unfortunately No! Rhythm accessories and pillows cannot be returned.

The warranty on the mattress covers manufacturing defects only and defects such as sagging or flaws in the foam causing it to split or crack within the warranty period.
Rhythm Mattress provides warranty-free replacement from the date of purchase against any material workmanship defects during the first year, in the unlikely event of your mattress defect. After the completion of one year, the warranty benefits will be given on pro-rata basis. For example, if a product has a 10-year warranty and a defect appears after 3 years of use, a pro-rata money-back warranty is available for the remaining 7 years. It means that the pro-rata value available to a customer on a ₹10,000 mattress with a 10-year warranty is ₹10,000 x 7/10 = ₹7,000. So, if you replace an old mattress under warranty for a current value of ₹10,000, you will pay ₹10,000 – ₹7,000 = ₹3,000. *Pro-rata will be calculated based on the current price at the time of the warranty claim. Additional to the Pro-rata value Shipping charge of Pick-up is also to be borne by the customer.
