Product Prices
The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST. Mahajan Foam Pvt Ltd / Rhythm reserves the right to change the prices at its discretion without prior informing the users/customers.
Delivery & Payment
At Rhythm, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and secured manner. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of our products purchased online. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy mentioned.
Payment for Rhythm products are made on the website. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. You can also pay using Internet Banking.
Timelines for Delivery
- Standard Products: Orders for in-stock products are usually processed and shipped within 10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Standard delivery timelines vary between 10 to 15 business days depending on the delivery location selected by the customer.
- Customized Orders: For customized products, the estimated delivery time will be communicated to you at the time of order placement and may range between 2 to 3 weeks.
As we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, logistic delays, natural disasters, huge social gathering, etc.).
Delivery Locations & Charges
We as always offer free standard delivery for all Rhythm products across India, with no hidden charges at checkout while ordering the product.
Products will be delivered to the Shipping Address provided while ordering and in case, you need to change the delivery address after placing your order but before it has been dispatched, please contact us at +91 1234123456 or email us at support@Rhythmattress.com. While we will make possible effort to accommodate this request, it cannot be guaranteed.
Please make a note that ,no changes can be made once the product has been dispatched by logistics.
Please ensure the delivery address is accurate at the time of order placement. If in case, delivery is made to an incorrect address due to an error on your side, you will be responsible for any additional charges required to redirect the order.
For deliveries outside our standard delivery zones, additional charges may apply, and delivery timelines may vary. Customers are advised to check serviceability and any applicable charges before placing an order.
Delivery Process Details
All mattresses are delivered either vacuum-packed and rolled in a sturdy compact box for easy handling and delivery or in a Flat pack.
Deliveries will be handled either by Rhythm / third-party logistics provider contracted by us.

Our support team is available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 7 days a week (except on National holidays), and will be happy to assist you with any concerns or questions regarding your product /delivery.
Availability of Product
In case of unavailability of one or more products, the customer will be notified by email or telephone.
The amount paid will be recalculated and the customer will be refunded for the unavailable product. In case no products are available, customer will be notified by an email or telephone and will be fully refunded.
100 Nights Trial
Rhythm offers a 100 Nights Trial for all the standard mattresses. You may decide to return the mattress any time before the end of 100 nights if you are not completely comfortable and satisfied with the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup of the mattress. Your claim will be processed once the mattress is collected by our courier partner and verified by our Quality Check team for any damages. It is your duty to be available to package along with Invoice and pass the mattress back to our company.
100 Nights Trial is not applicable if the return does not fulfil the 100 Nights Policy (Refer Exceptions to Return/Refund under 100 Nights Trial).
Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Please write to support@rhythmmattress.com or call +91 1234123456 with your order details to register your return request. Returns are applicable only to Rhythm mattresses only. To accept a return, please follow the returns procedure mentioned under Return Policy.
Mahajan Foam Pvt ltd / Rhythm reserves the right to refuse any return request if it does not fulfil the return criteria. (Please refer to Return Criteria under Return Policy).
Replacement requests raised due to incorrect Mattress Size will carry a return shipment cost of INR 1500 across India which will be borne by the respective customer. Hence, it is always recommended to cross check the size before placing the order or reach us in case of any queries.
Law and Jurisdiction
All sales and interactions with Mahajan Foam Private Limited / Rhythm shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such sales and interaction shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Meerut.
List of Manufacturing Defects:
- Upon opening, the Roll-Packed, Mattress should come back to its specified dimensions within 48 hours, if it doesn’t come back to the exact dimension of the mattress, the product is defected. However, a + or – 15 mm variation in length, width and thickness is in the tolerance limit.
- Reduction of the thickness of mattress greater than 1 inch will be considered as sagging and will be treated as a manufacturing defect.
- Any sort of damage in the fabric found on opening the seal is considered to be a defective product.
Exclusions Of Manufacturing Defect:
- Any damage caused due to spillage of any of liquid is not covered under the warranty.
- Our Mattresses are designed to be used on a firm solid surface, any defect found due to improper support for the mattress is not be covered under warranty.
- Any sort of fabric/zip damage caused while opening the seal of the package is not covered under the warranty.
- Firmness or comfort preferences of the product is not considered a defect as it is subjective to each individual.
- Exposure to cold/hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform is not covered under warranty.
- In case of any mould, dirt or smell resulting from poor usage of the mattress.
Terms & Conditions Of Warranty
- We require you to provide photographs of the entire mattress with visible faults. Failure to send photographs of the defect may result in a replacement being delayed or the mattress not being replaced.
- Warranty of the mattress will be available only under the proper use of the product.
- Product failure is limited to sagging of the core of the mattress.
- Customer needs to retain a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase. You will need to submit this to make a claim, without which, Mahajan Foam Private Limited / Rhythm reserves the right to reject any claim under this warranty.
- Warranty claims will be inspected and picked up within 7 days of raising a return request.
- All the returns will be accepted only if the product fulfills the Return Criteria (Refer to Return Criteria under Return Policy).
- All the valid and genuine claims will be settled within 15 working days of warranty claim receipt.
- The final decision on the warranty will be made by Mahajan Foam Private Limited /Rhythm. Company reserves the complete right to refuse any warranty claim if it doesn’t fulfill the Warranty Terms and Conditions.
- Disputes, if any, will be subject to Meerut jurisdiction only.
Rhythm Mattress Protector Limited Warranty
Rhythm Water proof mattress protector is warrantied against any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year. In case of any manufacturing defect during this period, the protector will be repaired or in case a repair is not possible the protector will be replaced with an identical product.
Warranty Claim Process
For the initiation of the warranty claim process, please contact us on 1234123456 or support@rhythmmattress.com with a clear description of the problem, associated pictures and a copy of the purchase invoice.
Your failure to comply with these claim submission instructions may void this Warranty. Rhythm reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to require photographs, further information or descriptions, or to physically inspect the products prior to accepting a particular claim under this Warranty.
Once the claim has been verified, Rhythm will, at its own discretion repair, replace or give a Prorated Credit Settlement as per the Terms and Conditions to warranty.
